He de preparar un presupuesto de gastos<\/b> referido a una situaci\u00f3n normal <\/strong>(ventas y gastos m\u00e1s probables). Debo especificar todos los gastos que espero tener a lo largo del ejercicio por cuentas. Elaborar el calendario comercial, de los trabajadores, sus horarios, etc.<\/p>

Qu\u00e9 productos voy a vender en condiciones normales y cuanto, distribuy\u00e9ndolo por semanas, meses, de acuerdo a mi calendario comercial. En consecuencia, cuantas\u00a0unidades debo comprar y su coste. De este modo obtendr\u00e9 el margen.<\/p>

Tambi\u00e9n he de confeccionar un\u00a0 presupuesto optimista<\/strong> de ingresos y gastos,\u00a0considerando que todos mis\u00a0recursos est\u00e1n al 100%.<\/p>

Igualmente, he de contemplar una situaci\u00f3n pesimista del funcionamiento de mi negocio y en consecuencia, preparar un plan de viabilidad<\/strong> que permita llevar la\u00a0empresa a una situaci\u00f3n positiva.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
